Initial consultation is a 90 minute virtual session. Building upon our partnership, we will explore your ideal vision of wellness. This session will utilize a holistic approach to provide a deeper look at multiple aspects of your life and how these are effecting your health and wellbeing. Some of these aspects include eating habits, exercise, food choices, medical issues, relationships, sleep, stress, and work.
