Meet Cathleen
My passion for wellness began early, shaped by family, home‑cooked meals, time outdoors, and the belief that food has the power to support the whole person. Over the past 35 years as an integrative registered dietitian, that belief has grown into a deep commitment to helping individuals restore balance through personalized nutrition and compassionate care.
Throughout my career, I have seen how closely digestive health and mental health are connected. Many individuals struggling with anxiety, mood changes, chronic stress, or long‑standing health conditions also experience gut concerns that are often overlooked or misunderstood. These experiences—both professional and personal—have shaped my holistic, gut–brain‑focused approach.
Life experiences with family, motherhood, food sensitivities, and chronic conditions deepened my understanding that healing is never one‑size‑fits‑all. I believe food is more than fuel—it is information, communication, and a powerful form of medicine that supports the body’s ability to restore balance.

Wellness Within, LLC was created to support individuals who feel unheard, overwhelmed, or stuck in their health journey. I partner with clients to address gut–brain imbalances, support mental and emotional well‑being, and create realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies that honor both body and mind.
Together, we work toward greater balance, clarity, and confidence in your health.
